i purchased a
kitchen table w/4
chairs from
Island Dinette in Patchogue, n.y. on 4-l-08 from Andre -
we told him est. delivery date would be about 3-4 weeks. Left a deposit of 447.91 on
AMEX and by end of April 2008 began calling to arrange for delivery of my set. Called many, many times and no answer with the store or warehouse. Called
AMEX and complained about them and are awaiting their investigation into this matter. When we purchased this product we also dealt with a woman named Kathy who had called and said we owed more
money

How did u find out he worked at Ashley's? I went there yesterday & saw him. The manager wasn't concern about the type of employee he has but he did say he would ask me to leave the store if I did not purchase anything. I am interested in picketing outside Ashley's so if anyone is interested let me know. I am in contact w/my lawyer 2 find out what I can do w/o getting in trouble w/the law.

This man, Andre Edwards is still selling furniture at the Ashley Furniture store in Patchogue on Sunrise Highway just a short distance from his Island Dinette store. How did you go about geting him to pay with interest ? We are out $1500 that we put down in cash on 11/2/07 yes that's right 2007. Did you call the Sherriffs dept? I don't want to call 911 but I want to get the law involved. I already contacted better business bureau & Consumers Affairs. Any help would be appreciated...
